Acton Gardens Project
An immense regeneration programme is being undertaken at Acton Gardens as a joint venture partnership between Countryside Properties and L&Q to redevelop the area. NorDan were delighted to be included in such an exciting project.
Situated within central London, and boasting over 3,500 new homes, the Acton Gardens regeneration project is set to transform the living accommodation available within London. The scheme has hoped to set the quality ‘benchmark’ for future projects and wishes to spark further regeneration of the wider area of Ealing Borough.
At Acton Gardens, almost half of the homes will be offered as affordable housing and another quarter will be designed as family homes. In addition to this, there has been a special focus placed upon ‘green areas’ with a particular focus on the likes of parks, allotments and communal gardens.
