Hounslow High Street Quarter
NorDan products are being used as part of this exciting new development in the heart of the London borough, which is set to introduce a range of local amenities as well as much-needed housing.
Works are progressing well at Barratt London’s highly anticipated development in Hounslow town centre, where the first phase of homes has now gone on sale.
Started in early 2018, the High Street Quarter development will eventually deliver several retail units, restaurants and a multiplex Cineworld cinema set around a brand-new town square. The development will also see the creation of 528 new homes.
This ambitious, £100M regeneration has been overseen by Barratt London, with architectural work carried out by TP Bennett. It is set to create an important community hub at the heart of Hounslow, which will provide great investment in the local economy and offer a large number of affordable, comfortable houses. There is even a Help to Buy scheme in place for people looking to become future residents of what will become a thriving and vibrant area once complete.
Within the construction of the High Street Quarter at Hounslow, NorDan are proud to have been chosen as window supplier for the project. Our fully reversible windows have been installed throughout the development, as well as balcony door screens and tilt and turn windows. The energy efficiency of our window products will be a particularly beneficial feature for the residential buildings in High Street Quarter, as it offers occupants exceptional U-Values with optimal thermal comfort.
The new homes at the High Street Quarter development are set to be completed in 2020, with the cinema and remaining retail units reaching completion by the beginning of 2021.
The High Street Quarter project is vital for the regeneration and rejuvenation of Hounslow and we here at NorDan are thrilled to be a part of it.
