The Project

NorDan completed a £6m contract to refurbish the North East Scotland College at Gallowgate, Aberdeen. The building was completely regenerated extending its usable life to that equivalent of a new building. This was achieved by installing an aluminium rain screen system, with integral high performance energy effiecient aluminum clad timber windows. As well as a dramatic transformation in appearance, the building is now eco-efficent, surpassing current regulations and slashing heating energy costs by up to 70%.
