NorDan is excited to announce its participation in an urban social housing project in the Gorbals, Glasgow. The housing units are specifically designed to meet the needs of older residents. It consists of 31 one and two-bedroom apartments with shared amenities on the ground floor, such as a communal lounge, kitchen, activity area, bike storage, and laundry facilities. The project’s objective is to introduce sustainable and long-lasting homes to Crown Street, aiming to eliminate cyclical demolitions. The apartments are equipped with large windows and balcony systems, providing natural light and views of the south side of the city for all residents.
