Dag Kroslid announced as new CEO of NorDan Gruppen AS

Dag Kroslid (50) is currently Chief Operating Officer in the NorDan Group. Since 2014 he has held several positions within the company, such as Managing Director for the subsidiaries NorDan AB in Sweden and STM Vinduer in Denmark. Kroslid is a Flekkefjord native, with a broad, international industry background.

Dag Kroslid said:

“I am humble to be appointed CEO of NorDan Gruppen AS. NorDan is a modern and international organisation with operations in eight countries. I look forward to working together with the group management, our entities, and the board to deliver on the exciting plans laid out for the upcoming years. Solid operations, employee involvement, customer focus, sustainability and digitalisation are key topics in my leadership approach. Chairman of the board, Terje Vareberg said:

“Tore Rasmussen has held the position as CEO for 30 years. When he has now chosen to step back the board would like to extend our gratitude towards Tore for his excellent efforts and very strong results through decades. At the same time, we welcome Dag Kroslid as new CEO. It is particularly rewarding to recruit the incoming CEO from our own ranks.”

Outgoing CEO, Tore Rasmussen said:

“After 30 years at the helm of NorDan I have concluded that now is the right time for me to step down. It has been a pleasure and an honour leading NorDan during these years. The company has expanded from a Norwegian manufacturer to an international corporation with significant growth, operations in eight countries, 12 factories and 30 sales offices. I wish the best of luck to Dag on his new position, and I am convinced that under his leadership NorDan will continue its solid development.”
