Ilderton Road Student Accommodation
NorDan's first project with HG Construction.
The new build student accommodation development will consist of both a 13 storey building and a 15 storey building, giving a total of 250 student accommodation bed spaces, 58 residential units and around 1500sqm of commercial floorspace.
Situated in a busy location near New Kent Road in the London borough of Southwark, and next to a railway line, the project had a requirement for windows with a high acoustic rating.
NorDan were delighted to secure our first project with HG Construction who have extensive experience in constructing high quality student accommodation in busy locations.
